All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we are experiencing seasonal volume increases, you will be informed by the email you have provided to us. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by any shipping carrier.
Shipments will not go out on any holiday that our local Postal Service abides by at the zip code 37932. Nor will any shipment go out on a Sunday. As long as the order has been paid for by 12 pm EST, Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped out by 5 pm on the following 2 business days. Shipments that have been paid for on a Saturday, in most cases, will not go out until the following Monday. If we are experiencing high volumes of shipments, then there may be an additional 1-2 business day delay on said shipments. However, in the instance of high volumes, we will communicate with you ASAP regarding a delay, if any.
